Overview

We are building a payment orchestration system consisting of:

• A JavaScript frontend SDK for payment forms
• A Golang backend API
• An internal CRM

Our platform is integrated into multiple products and workflows, where correct integration, clear documentation, and fast feedback are critical to successful payment processing.

About The Role

We are looking for an Integrations Engineer who will act as the technical bridge between our platform and the products integrating it. This role combines frontend engineering, integration support, product understanding, and customer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

SDK Integration & Customer Support

• Assist product teams in integrating the JavaScript payment SDK into their frontend applications.
• Help configure payment flows, callbacks, and error handling.
• Monitor support channels (Slack, tickets, shared chats, etc.).
• Answer technical questions related to SDK usage and API behavior.
• Guide teams through best practices for secure and reliable integrations.

Debugging & Issue Triage

• Reproduce reported integration issues locally or in test environments.
• Debug frontend and API-related issues across:
• JavaScript SDK
• Backend Golang API
• CRM and configuration interfaces
• Identify whether an issue is:
• A real bug
• Incorrect integration or usage
• Missing or unclear documentation
• Escalate confirmed bugs to the development team with clear reproduction steps and context.

Documentation Ownership

• Review and validate API and SDK documentation against real system behavior.
• Keep documentation in sync with current SDK and API versions.
• Identify missing examples, unclear explanations, or misleading flows.
• Proactively improve developer-facing docs based on integration feedback.

Internal Tooling & CRM

• Use and understand the internal Next.js CRM.
• Help configure products, payment flows, and settings via the CRM.
• Provide feedback to the CRM team on usability gaps or missing functionality.
• Occasionally implement small frontend improvements if needed.

Feedback Loop & Product Impact

• Act as the voice of integrators and product teams inside our organization.
• Share recurring issues, friction points, and improvement ideas with engineering and product.
• Help prioritize fixes and improvements based on real-world impact.
• Contribute to improving overall developer experience of the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and frontend integrations.
• Experience working with frontend SDKs or third-party APIs.
• Ability to read and understand backend APIs (REST, JSON, auth flows).
• Comfort debugging issues across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• High ownership mindset — you care about integrations actually working in production.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or checkout flows.
• Experience with React / Next.js.
• Familiarity with Golang APIs.
• Experience improving developer documentation.
• Previous experience in a Solutions Engineer, or Integration Engineer role.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Security Engineer to secure our cloud and platform environments. This role works closely with engineering teams and focuses on building, reviewing, and operating security controls using Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and custom security services written in Go and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage secure cloud deployments across AWS and GCP environments using Terraform.
• Deploy and manage both internal and third-party security products within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Work with GitOps workflows using tools like Argo CD and Flux, and Helm charts.
• Design and build security tooling and services using Go and TypeScript.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and remediate cloud misconfigurations.
• Provide guidance to Engineering teams on secure architecture.
• Build and optimize cloud-native detection rules and alerting pipelines to monitor for suspicious activities within the cloud and container workloads.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience securing production workloads in AWS and GCP.
• Strong experience designing and securing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes security, including troubleshooting Helm deployments and GitOps-based workflows.
• Strong programming skills in Go and TypeScript, with Python used for automation where appropriate.
• Experience embedding security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) are required.
• Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Security Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
• Experience with Policy-as-Code frameworks such as Open Policy Agent (OPA) is a plus.
• Experience securing service mesh environments (Istio) is beneficial.

About the role:

This role is for a design engineer who doesn't stop at the handoff. You'll own the visual design language of the platform and contribute directly to the UI stack — building the components you design, keeping design in sync between Figma and code, and caring about how things feel in the browser.

You'll work across discovery and delivery, from understanding customer problems to shipping polished, production-ready UI. If you get satisfaction from both a perfectly balanced layout and digging into UI libraries and code, this is your role with lots of empowerment to drive impact.

As a Product Design Engineer, you will:

• Own and evolve the visual design system — typography, colour, spacing, iconography, and component states — ensuring consistency across the entire product surface.
• Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis and research through concept, validation, and implementation.
• Translate customer insights into intuitive UX and interaction design solutions that are both functional and visually refined.
• Contribute directly to the UI codebase — building reusable, well-structured components in HTML, CSS, JS (React or other) and keeping design synchronised between Figma and the frontend.
• Define interaction patterns and micro-animations that give the experience its character.
• Maintain and document the design system in Figma (components, variables, auto-layout) and in code (Storybook or equivalent).
• Clearly explain and justify your design decisions to product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
• Use modern design-to-code workflows and AI-assisted tools to close the gap between design intent and shipped UI.

You are the one we are looking for if you have:

• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals, paired with a sharp eye for visual craft like typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion.
• A portfolio of shipped product UI that demonstrates both problem-solving and visual polish, not just wireframes.
• Hands-on experience contributing to a UI codebase: React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS or equivalent. You don't need to be a full-stack engineer, but you write code that other engineers enjoy working with.
• Experience building or contributing to a design system at scale, in Figma and in code.
• Strong customer empathy — understanding both logical and emotional drivers behind user behavior.
• Experience working across both discovery and delivery phases.
• Confidence in articulating and defending your design decisions with clarity.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with design token tooling (Style Dictionary, Theo, or similar) to keep design and code in sync.
• Experience with Storybook or other component documentation tools.
• Familiarity with tools that generate production-ready or near-production-ready code from design.
• Prior experience with fintech, SaaS dashboards, or freelance-economy products.
