Flutter Software Engineer

As a Flutter Developer, you will work on high-impact mobile applications used by millions of users, delivering seamless and scalable experiences across Android and iOS.

You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product owners, and designers to transform business requirements into intuitive, high-quality mobile solutions. This role offers strong exposure to modern architecture, cloud-native systems, and international collaboration across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS
• Build new features and enhance existing functionalities based on product requirements
• Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX aligned with design guidelines
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services via RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Backend, DevOps, and Product
• Participate in code reviews and ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Support testing, debugging, and performance optimization of mobile applications
• Contribute to technical discussions and propose improvements to architecture and development practices
• Support deployment, release activities, and troubleshooting production issues

Your experience and skills

Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 1–2 years working with Flutter
• Strong understanding of Dart and Flutter framework
• Experience integrating REST APIs into mobile applications
• Ability to build responsive layouts and implement modern UI/UX practices
• Solid understanding of software development principles and clean coding practices
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Intermediate English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or similar)
• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Notifications, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Understanding of Clean Architecture or SOLID principles
• Experience with unit testing or widget testing
• Exposure to native development (Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift)
