Our organization is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support the build, deployment, automation, and reliability needs of the technology environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure management, containerization, and deployment automation, along with a strong understanding of operational stability and security.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery
• Automate deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments
• Manage and support cloud and infrastructure environments
• Work closely with development and QA teams to improve release speed and reliability
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and system health
• Troubleshoot deployment, environment, and infrastructure issues
• Support containerization and related deployment practices
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code and automation standards
• Contribute to security, backup, and operational best practices
• Maintain clear technical documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, or related engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation
• Good knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Linux systems and command-line operations
• Experience with scripting for automation, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Understanding of networking, system operations, and infrastructure fundamentals
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident troubleshooting

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Kubernetes or other container orchestration experience
• Infrastructure as Code exposure such as Terraform or similar tools
• Cybersecurity awareness and secure infrastructure practices
• Experience with high-availability and production environments
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
